Designed and developed in 2011 by Gilberto Cavallina, Matteo Buferli, Jason Boon and Jacopo Solmi Comuni-Chiamo is a software cloud solution that helps local governments organise, manage and solve problems reported by citizens in a quick and efficient way.
Thanks to Comuni-Chiamo, citizens can not only report a problem through standard or traditional means (email, phone call, help desk), but they can also use the website (www.comunichiamo.com) or Smartphone App. In this way, the software gives citizens the chance to play an active role in improving their cities.
By adopting Comuni-Chiamo, local governments can solve their citizens’ problems in a simple and efficient way, making them organizations that really care about their citizens’ needs.
ACTIVITIES
Comuni-Chiamo is a management software cloud solution that allows local governments to receive and manage reports sent by citizens via Web or App. When reporting a problem, a citizen can choose between 11 categories, specify the location of the problem thanks to a geolocalization system and upload up to three images and add comments. Reports arrive directly to the right office and while the local government tries to resolve the problem the software keeps the citizen updated on every step of the solution process.
While managing a problem, offices communicate directly through the software, allowing them to save time, share information and make improvements, thus strengthening the management process.
Comuni-Chiamo allows Municipalities to activate additional services (maps, news, alerts, …) and make them available to their citizens. New features are always being developed.
TIPS
All products are available on the MEPA and operator training is performed via Skype, simplifying the purchasing phase and start-up of the Comuni-Chiamo platform in the municipalities.
