Some of our activities: assisting and representing clients in trademark and design registration procedures; drafting IP-related contracts (assignments, licences, general releases, and trade contracts in general); defending clients in litigations before judicial authorities; assisting clients in mediation and conciliation procedures to foster alternative dispute resolution; theoretical and practical training. The Law Firm also offers assistance and strategic legal consulting for the start-up phase with the help of our many specialised professionals - this way, clients can benefit from our multidisciplinary approach.
