Demetra Formazione

Demetra Formazione is a training body of the Emilia-Romagna Legacoop system that operates at a national level through project agreements with employers' associations, training institutions and companies from other regions.

It offers support to client companies in innovation and competitive development, training people in change management skills, designing new products/services and facilitating the resolution of problems. Demetra targets not only companies of the traditional sector but also those of the creative cultural industry. It is credited by the Emilia-Romagna Region and gains access to funding from the European Social Fund and the Inter-professional Funds for training of companies, workers and people seeking employment. Its offices are present throughout the region.

ACTIVITIES Demetra is a Partner of Companies starting from the analysis of the requirements up to the identification of the most appropriate solutions for the growth and development of human resources during the various phases of corporate life, to enhance the business results, motivation of workers and to stimulate team-building. Demetra encourages continuing education: adapting workers' adaptability to changes in the business and to the evolution of organizational and production systems, always ensuring timely and responses specific to corporate training needs and to the personnel, the safeguard of training and learning opportunities, as well as the cooperation with innovative specialists in content and teaching methods.
