Eighth edition winner - START-UP section

Baumhaus is a social cooperative company born on May 2019 to enhance and exploit the wealth of experience collected in the Bologna area since 2008 as an informal group and since 2012 as a social promotion company. Baumhaus deals with development and implementation of innovative education and cultural paths that involve and activate all of the community, putting the new generation under the spotlight: schools, learning institutions, cultural enterprises, third sector companies, artists and institutions.

ACTIVITIES
Baumhaus wants to build a contemporary model of technical and professional training with the CCE sector, a model jointly designed and acknowledged by the public authorities, the learning institution and the enterprises, a model that puts at the forefront different mindsets, styles and symbolic universes of the new generations. A series of paths that can represent an opportunity for empowerment, learning, critical processing and career orientation. The aim is to provide quality training that is no longer just something reserved to a privileged few but an opportunity for everyone, one that will remain valid in the years to come and always up to measure with the wishes of the new generations and capable of dealing with their complexity.
