Ecipar is a structure for the training, development and promotion of “knowledge” useful to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and supports the
growth of managerial, technical and professional skills of craft businesses. Created and promoted by
CNA Bologna in 1973, it was set up as a limited liability consortium. Ecipar works hand in hand with entrepreneurs thanks to a structured relationship network with the local production system and has a widespread presence thanks to four branches in the Bologna province.
ACTIVITIES
Ecipar’s activities are aimed at all craft and industrial sectors in the territory and focuses on the research and acquisition of technical and entrepreneurial knowledge, which is then offered to client businesses as a resource to facilitate growth, exploit opportunities and develop solutions that are suitable for market challenges.
The team is made up of designers and teachers expert in all the main sectors, including typical local crafts, that can combine the concept of artisan production with new skills, resources and approaches developed to promote the entrepreneurial spirit in line with market evolution.
The services provided favour the professional development of people, by increasing their skills and improving their employability. Activities target entrepreneurs, technicians, employees, job-seekers, young people and students. In addition to training, Ecipar provides guidance, mentoring and consultancy services, also on a one-to-one basis.
