Arsoluta is a digital platform dedicated to emerging visual artists, where it is possible to discover, converse and collaborate with artists from all over the world, who exhibit works that can be bought and sold without exclusive rights and with minimal commissions.
ACTIVITIES
Arsoluta is the first virtual space for those wishing to discover, hold dialogue and collaborate with artists from all over the world. It exhibits, purchases and sells works of art without exclusive rights and with minimal commissions. It is a digital platform specifically dedicated to non-digital visual artists such as painters, engravers and sculptors. It differs from the many social networks, gallery sites and portals dedicated to art in that it is open to all, free and includes a series of innovative functionalities that make it unique and secure. Its goal is to remove the limits and barriers that impede the full and free development of contemporary visual arts, as its name implies. Ars soluta, in fact, is the Latin for art without ties, independent and free.
In particular, it aims to break down the following barriers:
– geographical: the works exhibited are visible in all the world and international relations and collaborations are encouraged between artists, galleries, institutes and the public;
– economic: the fact that the platform is free of charge enables artists to exhibit their works, as well as allowing users to explore and create connections, groups of interest or events without costs. Artists wishing to sell works on the platform may do so personally with minimal commissions;
– political: artists will never be subject to any form of censure;
– third party interests: artists can manage their own works, networks and sales immediately and autonomously, while the public and galleries can explore them without the interference of intermediaries;
– impositions by the community: works and artists are visible without the evaluation of other users, in order to ensure a free and personal experience for each one, avoiding the herd effect.
